Restrict Display Background

The main purpose is to disallow a user to set a wallpaper by any means. Here are some links to see that restrict aspects of background: Set as Desktop Background in Firefox: http://www.sheeptech.com/firefox-set-as-desktop-background-missing Do you mean the internet explorer option? The "set as background" option will only be disabled in ie with this solution.

Go to Options then WiFi Connections. Choose you desired WiFi Profile and then press Menu button and then Edit. Here is the screen where you have to type in your connection details, but first you have to uncheck "Automatically obtain IP address..." if you want to set up the connection manually. So, you have to enter: IP Address: Subnet Mask Primary DNS Secondary DNS Domain suffix
